Responsibilities
Support product issue triage by assessing severity, performing root-cause analysis, and coordinating with engineering and data science teams to ensure timely resolution.
Manage and prioritize new product ideas by evaluating business impact, technical feasibility, and alignment with product strategy.
Scope product enhancements and create clear requirements for new features and improvements.
Maintain product roadmaps, ensuring visibility into timelines, dependencies, and key milestones.
Synthesize customer feedback and usage insights to inform product decisions and advocate for user needs.
Support go to market planning, ensuring teams are equipped with the context, messaging, and materials needed for successful launches.
Requirements
BA/BS degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, or related field required (MBA preferred).
Strong background or familiarity with the automotive industry is highly preferred.
Prior experience in SaaS product management or product ownership, including managing backlogs, defining requirements, and partnering with technical teams.
High proficiency with Excel and comfort working with large or complex datasets as well as PowerPoint proficiency.
Experience with Tableau, BI tools, and/or SQL is preferred.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly absorb information, structure ambiguous challenges, and drive clarity.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, data science, customer success, and commercial teams.
