About the role
- Insurance Sales Agent helping Jerry.ai customers compare and bind auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty coverage. Delivering consultative support through Jerry.ai’s insurance marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance
- Deliver exceptional, consultative customer experiences
- Uncover customer savings opportunities and coverage gaps
- Translate complex policy details into clear choices
- Craft tailored policy packages across 55+ carrier partners
- Finalize and bind insurance coverage
- Address customer hesitation and concerns empathetically
- Share customer feedback with the product team to improve the app and services
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service environments
- Genuine empathy, warmth, and active listening skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining service quality and attention to detail
- P&C license expected within 2 weeks after starting
- Must currently reside in an eligible location: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada
- Full-time employment
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is requested in the application form
