About the role
- Product Manager accelerating growth for Jerry.ai’s AI-powered physical-asset platform. Owning insurance signup funnels, experiments, launches, and customer insight.
Responsibilities
- Learn product management and develop a ground-level understanding of funnel performance
- Conduct structured product walkthroughs to map user journeys and identify friction points
- Monitor user feedback from reviews, support tickets, and research and turn it into actionable insights
- Drive bug triage and resolution with engineering
- Lead end-to-end delivery of product initiatives, including landing pages and compliance-driven features
- Contribute to A/B testing and experiment design
- Partner with Design and Engineering to ship clear, trustworthy experiences
- Translate ambiguous customer problems into hypotheses and requirements
- Report directly to the VP of Growth
- Maintain 3–4 hours of daily overlap with China business hours for engineering coordination
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally consumer-facing products
- Strong analytical skills and ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently
- Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to synthesize messy signals into clear recommendations
- Willingness to maintain regular daily overlap with China business hours
- Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
