About the role
- Senior Business Operations & Analytics Associate driving insights and decisions across Jerry.ai’s AI-powered car, home, and motorcycle management platform. Owning analytics for growth, product, AI, or partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the analytical function for an embedded business unit across growth marketing, product development, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships
- Define the business questions and decisions that analyses should address
- Define metrics and build reports
- Run analyses and design experiments
- Surface data insights that improve key business metrics
- Bring recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations counterparts
- Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and the recommended next steps
- Drive initiatives and execution end-to-end
- Push forward important initiatives across product, growth, technology, and operations
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently
- Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact
- Clear, persuasive communication skills
- Ability to influence decisions at the leadership level
- Comfortable with SQL or Python
- Experience with SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub
- Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
