About the role
- Senior BizOps and Analytics Manager embedding in growth, product, AI, or partnerships at Jerry.ai, which manages customers’ car and home assets. Defining metrics, analyzing data, and driving business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Embed within a core business area—growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships—and own its analytical function end-to-end
- Define business questions and the decisions analyses should inform
- Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, and design experiments
- Surface data insights that improve key business metrics
- Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations counterparts
- Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and recommended next steps
- Drive important initiatives and outcomes through execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to influence decisions and deliver impact
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently
- Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact
- Clear, persuasive communication skills with ability to influence leadership-level decisions
- Comfortable with Excel, SQL, or Python
- Experience with defining metrics, building reports, running analyses, and designing experiments
