About the role

  • Senior Technical Product Manager leading Jerry.ai’s Agentic AI platform for car and home ownership. Driving prompt consolidation, chatbot prioritization, and emerging AI partnerships with OpenAI.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the customer-facing Agentic AI product leveraging LLMs, agents, and internal APIs
  • Learn and improve the prompt engineering workflow by writing and updating prompts
  • Understand interactions among Propelix, Botly, CRM, GitHub, and Replit
  • Identify platform bottlenecks and own the AI platform strategy
  • Define and drive migration of prompts from six locations to a unified platform
  • Sequence work and align engineering, data, operations, and other teams
  • Own the technical chatbot prioritization queue and keep the team coordinated
  • Track voicebot and computer-use technology and determine when to invest
  • Own the OpenAI relationship and Jerry’s presence in the ChatGPT store
  • Influence AI investment decisions and architectural decisions for the platform’s future state
  • Report directly to the COO

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a technical role such as forward deployed engineering, technical product management, or similar at a fast-paced startup
  • Passion and curiosity for AI systems, including modern LLMs
  • Track record of turning complex strategic ideas into scalable, production-grade products
  • Strong technical understanding of API design and system architecture
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for any audience
  • Familiarity with SQL and comfort using data to answer questions and validate hypotheses
  • Experience with prompt engineering and custom AI workflows
  • Ability to navigate technical tradeoffs and implement AI platform standards
  • Must currently reside in an eligible location: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
