About the role

  • Technical Product Manager leading AI platform strategy for Jerry.ai, an app managing car and home ownership. Consolidating prompts, prioritizing chatbot development, and guiding emerging AI investments.

Responsibilities

  • Learn the prompt engineering workflow by writing and updating prompts
  • Understand how Propelix, Botly, CRM, GitHub, and Replit interact
  • Identify platform bottlenecks and take ownership of platform strategy
  • Define and drive migration of prompts from six locations to a unified platform
  • Sequence prompt-consolidation work and align engineering, data, operations, and other teams
  • Own the technical chatbot prioritization queue and keep the team coordinated
  • Monitor voicebot and computer-use technologies and determine when they warrant serious investment
  • Own the OpenAI relationship and Jerry’s presence in the ChatGPT store
  • Influence AI investment decisions and make architectural decisions for the platform’s future state
  • Keep the current AI platform running while guiding its evolution

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical role such as forward deployed engineering, technical product management, or similar at a fast-paced startup
  • Passion and curiosity for AI systems, including modern LLMs
  • Track record of turning complex strategic ideas into scalable, production-grade products
  • Deep interest and practical experience with AI, LLMs, and custom workflows
  • Comfortable discussing API design and system architecture
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for any audience
  • Familiarity with SQL and comfort using data to answer questions and validate hypotheses
  • Ability to navigate technical tradeoffs and implement AI platform standards
  • Experience or familiarity with Propelix, Botly, CRM, GitHub, and Replit workflows
  • Must currently reside in an eligible U.S. state or Ontario, Canada
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
