About the role
- Workday Integration Developer responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Workday integration solutions. Collaborating with teams to meet client requirements in a remote position.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors (PICOF, PECI, etc.)
- Develop and consume RaaS (Reports-as-a-Service) and Workday REST/SOAP APIs
- Work on Boomerang integrations and manage inbound/outbound data flows
- Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes
- Handle data transformation using XML and XSLT
- Collaborate with functional teams (HCM, Finance, Payroll) to gather and refine requirements
- Ensure integrations follow Workday best practices for performance, security, and scalability
- Participate in unit testing, SIT, UAT , and deployment activities
- Maintain proper documentation for integration designs and support processes
Requirements
- 3–8+ years of Workday Integration experience
- Strong hands-on expertise in: Workday Studio
- EIB
- RaaS
- Workday APIs (REST/SOAP)
