About the role

  • Workday Integration Developer responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Workday integration solutions. Collaborating with teams to meet client requirements in a remote position.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors (PICOF, PECI, etc.)
  • Develop and consume RaaS (Reports-as-a-Service) and Workday REST/SOAP APIs
  • Work on Boomerang integrations and manage inbound/outbound data flows
  • Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes
  • Handle data transformation using XML and XSLT
  • Collaborate with functional teams (HCM, Finance, Payroll) to gather and refine requirements
  • Ensure integrations follow Workday best practices for performance, security, and scalability
  • Participate in unit testing, SIT, UAT , and deployment activities
  • Maintain proper documentation for integration designs and support processes

Requirements

  • 3–8+ years of Workday Integration experience
  • Strong hands-on expertise in: Workday Studio
  • EIB
  • RaaS
  • Workday APIs (REST/SOAP)
