About the role
- Seasonal Ice Cream Scooper serving customers at Kawartha Dairy retail store in Orillia, Ontario. Greet customers and prepare ice cream treats while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining store cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, serve ice cream, make milkshakes and assist our customers with their purchases
- Provide information to customers
- Keeping shelves stocked and replenish supplies as needed
- Handle cash-making change
- Receive and process payments by cash, credit card or automatic debit
- Maintaining a superbly clean atmosphere of the store
- Physical aspects include standing/walking and bending at waist
- Ability to lift and/or move objects weighing at least 11.3 kg (25 lbs)
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills
- Mature and reliable with strong communication skills and work ethic
- Flexible; crew members must be available to work a variety of shifts on days, evening, weekends and statutory holidays
