About the role

  • VP Product leading Later Influence, an AI-powered influencer marketing platform for brands and creators. Driving enterprise product strategy, campaign automation, analytics, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own the vision and strategy for Later Influence, connecting brands, creators, and commerce through AI, proprietary data, and creator commerce signals
  • Improve end-to-end influencer campaign execution, including planning, setup, creator discovery and vetting, workflow and content collaboration, payments, reporting, and insights
  • Translate customer, creator economy, social network, commerce, and partnership insights into a business-impacting roadmap
  • Partner with the CPO, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to align product strategy with company objectives
  • Define, monitor, and report product metrics affecting campaign delivery, creator earnings, and company revenue
  • Serve as product champion for Later Influence's creator network and GMV proposition
  • Lead the product lifecycle from ideation and discovery through MVP, scaling, and optimization
  • Advance AI capabilities and the AI Programmatic vision with data and engineering teams
  • Build and manage product processes using tools such as Linear and Domo or similar
  • Prioritize features and investment using outcomes, campaign performance, churn, revenue growth, ROI, and product-market fit
  • Ensure enterprise-grade UX, workflow, automation, analytics, campaign messaging, creator review, and payments
  • Build, lead, and mentor Product Managers, Product Ops, and Design
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Creator Network, peer product, design, and research leaders
  • Foster a positive, proactive, ownership-oriented, motivated, aligned, and accountable team culture
  • Monitor influencer marketing, creator economy, social media, and commerce trends
  • Translate market and competitor insights into product differentiation and speed-to-market advantages
  • Represent Later Influence with customers, analysts, partners, and PR

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or platform-led businesses
  • 5+ years in senior leadership owning full product lines
  • Proven track record scaling enterprise SaaS or marketplace-platform products
  • Ideally experience in influencer marketing, creator economy, social, or commerce-adjacent AdTech/MarTech
  • Experience turning customer and market insights into product strategy and revenue growth
  • Familiarity with ARR/ACV growth, churn, LTV/CAC, and conversion funnel metrics
  • Experience with analytics and visualization tools
  • Strong experience building and scaling product teams and processes in high-growth companies
  • Cross-functional leadership experience with engineering, design, marketing, customer success, and sales
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Experience thriving in ambiguity and fast iteration in a scale-up environment
  • Demonstrable experience and experimentation with AI across the product management lifecycle, including vibe coding internal tools and customer-facing prototypes
