About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support corporate and business strategy initiatives through research, analysis, and the development of strategic insights
  • Contribute to annual strategic planning and regular strategy review cycles
  • Break down complex business issues and conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses
  • Develop models, synthesize data, and prepare materials to support executive-level decision-making
  • Contribute to the development of business cases, plans, and recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather the necessary information and support the implementation of key initiatives
  • Help track the progress and performance of initiatives against key milestones and objectives

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to structure problems and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working with data and translating analytical findings into clear, relevant insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions
  • Proactive approach, eagerness to learn, and ability to take ownership of responsibilities
  • Proficiency in English as a working language is required for this position
  • 3–5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, finance, or a related field (an asset, but not required)
  • Experience with structured problem-solving engagements (an asset, but not required)
  • Internship or early-career experience involving data analysis and business problem-solving (an asset, but not required)
  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or other technology-focused environments (an asset, but not required)
