About the role
- Sr. Analytics Engineer designing and implementing data architecture for corporate finance at Lime. Collaborating with Finance stakeholders to ensure analytics solutions meet their needs and standards.
Responsibilities
- Design the long-term technical vision for Lime’s Corporate Data Warehouse
- Own the Finance data modeling strategy across core systems
- Define and enforce standards for dbt modeling, SQL style, CI/CD workflows
- Build reconciliation-ready datasets
- Enforce strict data governance and controls
- Partner with Finance stakeholders to ensure analytics solutions support month-end close workflows
- Evaluate and integrate orchestration & automation capabilities
Requirements
- 5+ years in analytics engineering / data warehousing
- Deep expertise in dbt (macros, packages, performance patterns, project structuring)
- Understanding of financial reporting systems and data flows
- Comfort navigating General Ledger and sub-ledger complexities
- Strong backend instincts
- Demonstrated ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
