About the role

  • Lead product manager owning reporting and ROI products for MaintainX’s industrial work execution platform. Expanding analytics for frontline and enterprise operations customers.

Responsibilities

  • Own MaintainX Reporting capabilities end-to-end using data, user research, and competitive/market analysis
  • Shape the strategy for how customers interact with and consume MaintainX data
  • Evolve reporting and analytics products from frontline managers to enterprise audiences, including operations leaders, finance, and EHS stakeholders
  • Own the ROI narrative within products and partner with pre-sales and post-sales teams
  • Build products that help customers measure progress against North Star metrics and support the go-to-market motion
  • Deliver major innovations and quality-of-life improvements to support product growth and sales of up-market accounts
  • Partner directly with sales to help close large deals
  • Inspire and motivate designers and engineers to achieve ambitious outcomes
  • Define and measure success using metrics

Requirements

  • 8+ years in product management with meaningful time in a platform or infrastructure-adjacent capacity, ideally at a company serving Enterprise customers
  • Proven experience building customer-facing analytics or reporting products
  • Understanding of underlying data modeling and pipeline decisions sufficient to work with data and infrastructure engineers
  • Ability to navigate cross-team data dependencies and define upstream data, infrastructure, and platform requirements
  • Experience partnering directly with sales as a company moves upmarket from SMB to Enterprise
  • Experience translating complex product capabilities for senior buyers
  • Track record of expanding a product's audience to senior or diverse stakeholders, including operations leaders, finance, or EHS functions
  • Ability to make scope trade-offs on dependency-heavy features
  • Ability to rally a team around a clear vision, strategy, and roadmap and connect work to KPIs and business goals
  • Ability to work credibly across all levels, from individual contributors to executives
  • Strong pattern recognition and ability to apply proven solutions to new contexts without over-engineering
  • Ability to work in the location listed for the role
