About the role

  • Virtual Receptionist for MalOPlus Group Inc. managing client interactions and support tasks remotely. Handle calls, technical support, and coordination of appointments.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients on the virtual reception console, the website or by email
  • Answer incoming calls from the call center courteously and politely
  • Act as technical support for clients and colleagues
  • Act as a liaison between clients and Project Managers
  • Plan and coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Assist in daily operations for enterprise effectiveness
  • Manage and update documents
  • Carry out any other tasks considered pertinent by the Director of Operations or the Coordinator of Humans Ressources

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience
  • Training in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications preferred
  • Languages spoken and written: French and English (essential), Spanish or other languages (asset)
