Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of marketing strategists responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies
  • Own and evolve the strategic roadmap for the Manulife Bank marketing experience
  • Lead value streams for Manulife Bank, driving initiatives that increase engagement, satisfaction, and growth
  • Develop and execute go-to-market campaigns that communicate the value of Manulife Bank products and capabilities
  • Influence and collaborate with executives and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and support
  • Monitor and assess the performance of go-to-market initiatives; use data-driven insights to refine strategy
  • Stay current on the marketing landscape, industry trends, and competitive dynamics; recommend innovative strategies
  • Engage key stakeholders to gather insights and feedback that inform strategic direction

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • Extensive experience in strategic marketing, with a focus on go-to-market planning and audience engagement
  • Proven track record leading high-performing teams and delivering impactful marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of banking, financial services dynamics and distribution/audience needs
  • Excellent analytical skills; ability to Interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
