Senior Product Manager needed for a 6 - month contract in downtown Vancouver with retail and data analytics experience. Onsite 4 days/week.
About the role
- Manulife seeking a Senior Product Owner to enhance digital offerings and improve user experience. Collaborate with teams to drive innovation in digital product management.
Responsibilities
- Drive impactful changes that enhance digital offerings
- Leverage data, feedback, and competitive analysis to refine and prioritize features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate strategic roadmap into user stories
- Oversee user acceptance testing and ensure release quality standards
- Act as the voice of the member in cross-functional meetings and planning sessions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner or similar role
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the Canadian insurance industry, specifically Group Benefits
- Familiarity with the latest AI trends and technologies
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and analytics platforms is an asset
