Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner or similar role
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the Canadian insurance industry, specifically Group Benefits
- Familiarity with the latest AI trends and technologies
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and analytics platforms is an asset
