Responsibilities
Elaborate and apply strategic case management plans
Provide leadership, encouragement, mentoring, and customer service support to case managers
Provide coaching and training to employees
Support claims managers with complex files and various projects
Reinforce client relationships and participate in client meetings when needed
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying strengths and opportunities
Requirements
University degree in a relevant discipline
Fully bilingual (French/English)
Excellent knowledge of disability management products
Experience in disability case management
Outstanding leadership skills
Experience in coaching, mentoring, technical training, and/or developing people
