About the role
- Mortgage Solutions Specialist managing client mortgage changes and supporting advisor relationships at Manulife Bank. Ensuring prompt service and accurate documentation to foster strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Fully bilingual (French/English)
- Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Meticulous attention to detail
- In-depth understanding of Manulife Bank’s products, processes, and systems is an asset
- Proficient computer and keyboarding skills
- 2-3 years of experience in the residential mortgage business or mortgage underwriting practices is preferred
