About the role
- Solutions Engineer empowering post-production firms and customers to establish efficient workflows on the MASV file transfer platform. Collaborating with global partners to drive customer success and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and craft innovative solutions on the MASV platform.
- Collaborate with integration partners to design workflows that propel customer success to new heights.
- Master cloud and on-prem technologies used by Media and Entertainment professionals to ensure seamless workflow integration.
- Create technical content to unlock opportunities in new markets and use cases in AI Data Pipelines, Health Sciences, Marketing, Geospatial, mining, and more.
- Provide expert thought leadership and engage in public speaking to discuss emerging trends in workflow technology.
- Train customers, partners, and employees on the MASV API, developer toolkit, and MASV apps to empower them to create customized workflows.
- Curate integration priorities for the MASV product team by working closely with Customer Success, Partner teams, and Sales to identify workflows with significant potential for data throughput.
- Drive financial success by assisting customers and fostering authentic, long-lasting relationships rooted in trust.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in workflow engineering, process optimization, and cloud/on-prem technologies within the Media and Entertainment industry.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with partners, technology providers, and customers.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams to implement efficient workflows.
- Passion for staying abreast of industry trends and sharing insights through thought leadership.
- Self-motivated with a drive to innovate and shape the role to achieve organizational objectives.
