Responsibilities
Enter and maintain accurate patient data in company systems
Support patient enrollment and onboarding activities
Manage incoming and outgoing communications (phone, email, fax)
Verify the accuracy and completeness of patient and healthcare provider information
Respond to routine inquiries from patients and healthcare professionals
Process and follow up on program-related activities, including safety events and documentation
Prioritize daily tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic remote work environment
Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance requirements
Contribute to reporting, data cleaning, and various administrative tasks
Collaborate with team members to support program delivery and service quality
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
0–1 year of experience in an administrative or customer service role
Bilingual (French and English, spoken and written)
Demonstrated data entry and computer skills (e.g., MS Office, databases)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with patients and healthcare professionals
