About the role

  • Bilingual Patient Services Associate supporting patient support programs across Canada. Entering data and managing communications for efficient patient service in a fully remote role.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and maintain accurate patient data in company systems
  • Support patient enrollment and onboarding activities
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications (phone, email, fax)
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of patient and healthcare provider information
  • Respond to routine inquiries from patients and healthcare professionals
  • Process and follow up on program-related activities, including safety events and documentation
  • Prioritize daily tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic remote work environment
  • Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance requirements
  • Contribute to reporting, data cleaning, and various administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with team members to support program delivery and service quality

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0–1 year of experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Bilingual (French and English, spoken and written)
  • Demonstrated data entry and computer skills (e.g., MS Office, databases)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with patients and healthcare professionals
