Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain accurate patient data in company systems
- Support patient enrollment and onboarding activities
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications (phone, email, fax)
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of patient and healthcare provider information
- Respond to routine inquiries from patients and healthcare professionals
- Process and follow up on program-related activities, including safety events and documentation
- Prioritize daily tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic remote work environment
- Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance requirements
- Contribute to reporting, data cleaning, and various administrative tasks
- Collaborate with team members to support program delivery and service quality
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0–1 year of experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Bilingual (French and English, spoken and written)
- Demonstrated data entry and computer skills (e.g., MS Office, databases)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with patients and healthcare professionals
