About the role

Project Manager working with diverse partners on health services projects for Medavie Health Services. Overseeing project execution, planning, and stakeholder management in New Brunswick.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Project Manager will work with a diverse group of partners including internal and external stakeholders, clinical and non-clinical resources.
Deliver projects that support the organization’s strategic plan and operational business plan.
Oversee project implementation activities while assigning project resources as appropriate.
Goal will be to deliver the project initiatives on time, within budget and within scope.
Major responsibilities include: project planning, project execution & control, monitoring project deliverables, and guiding development of sustainability plans.

Undergraduate degree in business administration, operation management or related field or a combination of education and experience.
Minimum five years experience in a progressively responsible leadership position.
Minimum two years experience in project management related activities.
Experience managing large scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
Experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management and change management.
PMP designation is considered an asset.
Strong understanding and demonstrated experience with business analysis is considered an asset.
Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially spreadsheets, word processing and database software.
Excellent time management skills, demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Bilingual, English and French considered an asset.
