About the role
- Project Manager working with diverse partners on health services projects for Medavie Health Services. Overseeing project execution, planning, and stakeholder management in New Brunswick.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Project Manager will work with a diverse group of partners including internal and external stakeholders, clinical and non-clinical resources.
- Deliver projects that support the organization’s strategic plan and operational business plan.
- Oversee project implementation activities while assigning project resources as appropriate.
- Goal will be to deliver the project initiatives on time, within budget and within scope.
- Major responsibilities include: project planning, project execution & control, monitoring project deliverables, and guiding development of sustainability plans.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in business administration, operation management or related field or a combination of education and experience.
- Minimum five years experience in a progressively responsible leadership position.
- Minimum two years experience in project management related activities.
- Experience managing large scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management and change management.
- PMP designation is considered an asset.
- Strong understanding and demonstrated experience with business analysis is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially spreadsheets, word processing and database software.
- Excellent time management skills, demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Bilingual, English and French considered an asset.
