Responsibilities
Responsable d’appuyer la conception des solutions ainsi que de la planification et de la gestion des projets durant toutes les phases du cycle de vie d’un projet.
Assurer le développement, la conception ainsi que la gestion de projet de bout en bout, en plus de maintenir les diagrammes de Gantt et les plans de gestion des projets pour chaque compte assigné.
Coordonner et gérer les ressources Ricoh internes pour assurer l’achèvement réussi des projets.
Établir et exécuter le programme de gouvernance de projet complet pour chaque projet.
Établir et exécuter le registre RAID (« Risk Action Issue Decision ») officiel et examiner la cadence.
Participer aux présentations de la direction, aux événements clients et transmettre ses connaissances en matière de solutions applicables aux opérations des ventes.
Requirements
Études postsecondaires.
Minimum de cinq ans d’expérience de travail dans un rôle faisant partie de la structure d’un projet ou impliquant l’installation et le déploiement technologique
Certification en gestion de projet de préférence (CAPM, ITIL Foundation, Prince2 Foundation, CompTIA Project+)
Toute autre certification professionnelle reconnue (TI, comptabilité, ingénierie) est un atout.
