About the role

  • Bilingual Case Management Coordinator managing disability claims applications and inquiries. Ensuring accurate administration and providing guidance to clients in both English and French.

Responsibilities

  • Set up new applications accurately and follow up to obtain missing information
  • Ensure correct administration duties are performed
  • Respond to client inquiries related to claims by email and telephone
  • Manage financial responsibilities related to administering income replacement benefits
  • Prepare letters and correspondence as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum six months experience in an administrative role
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
  • High attention to detail
  • Fluent in English and French (written and verbal)
