Responsibilities
- Design and produce financial and operational analyses to support leadership and strategic decision-making
- Analyze profitability by engagement, client, and team
- Produce cost and margin analyses to support pricing decisions
- Design, produce, and maintain organizational KPIs and dashboards
- Ensure data reliability and consistency
- Administer financial systems
- Deploy technology tools and lead improvement, automation, and AI initiatives
- Support the monthly close and variance analysis for month-end financial statements
- Participate in budget and forecast development
- Regularly update financial projections
- Collaborate on contract oversight, legal compliance, and finance team mentoring
Requirements
- CPA designation required
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of the full accounting cycle
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Rigor, autonomy, and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Zoho Analytics, Power BI, or LLMs
- Leadership and team mentoring skills
- Ability to serve as Interim Finance Director
- Experience in a services or technology company is an asset
- Interest in AI applications in finance is an asset
