Director of Finance leading accounting, reporting, compliance, and strategic finance for Multiview’s North American ERP software business. Managing multi-entity operations, budgets, audits, and finance automation.
Responsibilities
Lead regular finance team operations and support company-wide operational improvements
Provide guidance on financial and operating priorities aligned with organizational strategy
Oversee accounting functions for US and Canadian operations
Evaluate and direct accounting, audits, and financial policy and procedure implementation
Oversee monthly consolidated financial statements, annual budgets, executive payroll, financial reports, and analysis for chief executives
Oversee accurate and timely internal and external financial reporting
Manage A/P, A/R, collections, payroll, and related accounting functions
Lead monthly and quarterly close cycles
Ensure sales and use tax compliance filings and nexus analysis
Develop, implement, and apply GAAP-compliant accounting and finance policies and procedures
Prepare and maintain SaaS and industry-standard financial metrics
Manage treasury and foreign exchange programs, including hedging, alongside the CFO
Assist with annual budget development and resource allocation planning
Coach, train, and retain the finance team
Own the annual external audit process
Drive automation and adoption of technologies, including AI, in finance and reporting
Establish processes, practices, and policies supporting organizational controls and corporate security
Develop and monitor business performance metrics
Partner with GTM and Rev Ops to improve processes, billing, pricing, and data accuracy
Support the CFO with ad hoc analysis, strategic finance initiatives, and broader team goals
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 7 years leadership experience leading finance teams
Experience operating in multi-currency and multi-entity environments with consolidation reporting
Comfortable working in an Outlook/Windows environment
Experience implementing new systems and AI initiatives
Previous experience in a financial leadership role
Participation in organization-wide reporting and compliance activities
Strong verbal communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills
Ability to influence others and resolve challenging projects
Ability to work independently with little supervision
Ability to create scalable processes within a growing company
Willingness to directly support the team when required
High level of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
Experience representing company values and advancing the reputation of the company and its clients
A recognized and valid professional accounting designation is preferred
Experience with Multiview Financial Software is preferred
