Responsibilities
Engage directly with a territory‑specific panel of physicians and healthcare professionals through in‑person, virtual, and phone interactions.
Educate customers on relevant therapeutic areas, products, and company offerings to enable informed decision-making for their patients.
Plan, develop, and execute educational and promotional programs based on identified customer needs, ensuring fair, balanced, and compliant delivery of information.
Build and maintain credible, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals by understanding customer needs, identifying partnership opportunities, and consistently delivering value.
Complete territory administration requirements—including CRM call entry, reporting, and expense submissions—in a timely and accurate manner.
Develop and execute an annual business plan that identifies opportunities, aligns with corporate priorities, and drives territory-level growth.
Collaborate proactively with internal partners to achieve business objectives and support franchise priorities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in science, Business, or a related discipline.
2–5 years of sales experience.
3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or health-related industry.
CCPE Basic Accreditation.
Valid Driver’s License.
Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data and develop territory‑level plans.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage both customers and colleagues.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals by understanding their needs and delivering meaningful solutions.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex tasks.
High attention to detail and strong administrative discipline.
Proficiency in email, internet applications, word processing, and spreadsheet software.
Must reside in or near the assigned territory.
