Responsibilities
Develop, edit, and maintain technical documentation such as user guides, API documentation, FAQs, and product knowledge bases.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to understand technical concepts and help translate them into clear, user-friendly documentation.
Support the creation of step-by-step tutorials, system architecture diagrams, and other visual aids to enhance learning.
Help maintain document version control and ensure documentation is updated in line with product releases.
Learn and use documentation tools such as Confluence, MadCap Flare, RoboHelp, or Markdown to manage content effectively.
Contribute to the design and delivery of technical training programs for internal teams, customers, and partners.
Assist in conducting live and virtual training sessions on software applications, IT tools, and best practices.
Develop training materials, presentations, video tutorials, and e-learning modules under guidance.
Gather feedback from trainees and adjust training methods for better engagement.
Stay updated on industry trends and explore new training techniques to improve learning outcomes.
Support product development teams by identifying documentation gaps and suggesting enhancements.
Help track progress in Agile development cycles and contribute to team discussions.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Technical Communication, or a related field.
Strong interest or prior coursework in technical writing, training, or software development.
Familiarity with documentation tools such as MS Word, Confluence, MadCap Flare, RoboHelp, Git, and Markdown.
Exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training tools such as Articulate, Captivate, or Camtasia is an asset.
Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for different audiences.
Team-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn and contribute.
Certifications in Technical Writing, Instructional Design, or Business Analysis are a plus but not required.
Familiarity with CRMs and ERPs like Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or NetSuite is preferred but not mandatory.
