Responsibilities
Perform installations, maintenance, and service calls at customer sites quickly and efficiently
Maintain electromechanical equipment, such as self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory
Perform maintenance, repair, preventive maintenance (PM), and system refurbishment work
Organize and prioritize customer requests
Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and professional manner
Take proactive action before issues arise
Represent the NCR Voyix brand when interacting with customers
Requirements
Reside locally within the assigned geographic area
Be authorized to travel to the United States
Be at least 18 years of age
Hold a valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record that meets NCR Voyix fleet requirements
Possess computer skills, basic electronics knowledge, and familiarity with certain hardware and operating systems
Be able to perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation
Be able to travel for extended periods, including driving several hours per day
Be available for rotating shifts and weekends
Flexible schedule—rotating shifts within established teams, including morning, afternoon, and evening start times, as well as some holidays
Be able to transport and lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 75 lb. without assistance and up to 150 lb. with assistance
Be able to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, work with your hands, and repeatedly grip and handle objects of various sizes
