- Act as an ambassador for the Nespresso brand
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Drive sales and achieve sales targets
- Participate in daily huddles to understand key objectives
- Participate in coaching sessions with team leaders
- Proactively seek upselling opportunities and engage with customers
- Reinforce the brand message and achieve individual and boutique targets
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through product knowledge and enthusiasm for the brand
- Create a positive brand experience for all stakeholders
- Promote Nespresso’s sustainability mission by educating customers and boutique visitors
Requirements
- Fluency in English and French is required
- Passion for coffee and sustainability
- Desire to expand your knowledge of Nespresso coffees
- 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
- Effective time management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for an entire workday
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 23 kilograms
