About the role

Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador for Nespresso
- Ensure operational excellence and an impeccable customer experience
- Contribute to sales growth and the achievement of sales targets
- Inform and train the entire team on key objectives and various expectations
- Analyze KPI reports and coach the team to successfully achieve performance metrics
- Ensure effective communication with the team and store management
- Deliver a positive brand experience for all stakeholders
- Effectively balance administrative responsibilities with customer service
Requirements
- Be passionate about coffee and sustainability, with a desire to expand your knowledge of Nespresso coffees
- Have 2–3 years of experience in team management and in a high-volume retail environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
- Demonstrated understanding and practical experience in KPI management
- Demonstrated effective time management and strong analytical skills
- Ability to stand for an entire workday and repeatedly lift up to 23 kilograms
