About the role
- Health Cloud Solution Architect designing Salesforce healthcare solutions for NeuraFlash’s AI consultancy. Leading regulated Health Cloud architecture, integrations, delivery enablement and pre-sales.
Responsibilities
- Lead functional solution design for Salesforce Health Cloud across healthcare engagements
- Act as the functional lead for NeuraFlash’s Health practice
- Run discovery and design sessions with client business and IT stakeholders
- Present design decisions and trade-offs and drive open questions to written closure
- Author and maintain functional designs, data model mappings, object and field designs, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria and design sign-off artifacts
- Design for regulated environments, including PHI handling, HIPAA, BAAs, Salesforce Shield, encryption, consent and minimum-necessary access
- Shape end-to-end architecture with technical leads across Data 360, Agentforce, Service Cloud Voice, Field Service, Revenue Cloud/ARM and MuleSoft
- Design integration patterns for EHRs, core administration, billing and other systems of record
- Translate functional designs for technical architects, developers and specialist teams
- Review configuration against specifications and support UAT and deployment gates
- Define client and NeuraFlash responsibilities for data access, subject-matter expertise, environment access and compliance approvals
- Build Health practice reference architectures, reusable patterns, scoping calculators and SOW templates
- Support pre-sales through discovery calls, solution shaping, demos and estimates
- Coach and mentor functional and technical team members
- Stay current on Salesforce Health Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud and Industries releases
Requirements
- 5+ years in Salesforce consulting, solution architecture or business analysis
- 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud design and delivery on at least two full-lifecycle implementations
- Direct healthcare industry experience with payer, provider/IDN, medical device or distribution, or pharma organizations
- Working knowledge of healthcare funding, regulation and operations, including CMS reimbursement, payer–provider dynamics, and member and patient journeys
- Practical understanding of HIPAA, PHI handling and BAAs
- Deep knowledge of the Health Cloud data model and features, including Person Accounts, Care Programs, Care Plans, Provider/Payer models, benefits verification, referrals, Utilization Management and Intelligent Document Processing
- Ability to lead discovery workshops, facilitate design decisions with senior stakeholders and document them to sign-off
- Experience designing integrations with healthcare systems of record, including EHRs such as Epic or comparable systems, HL7/FHIR, claims or core administration platforms, or billing and order systems
- Ability to tie solution outcomes to business value through clear storytelling
- Comfort with flow-charting and data-modeling tools such as Lucidchart and agile delivery
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
- Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited Professional and an Application or Solution Architect credential preferred
- Salesforce Industries or OmniStudio experience preferred
- Hands-on exposure to Data 360/Data Cloud and Agentforce, or comparable CDP/generative-AI platforms, preferred
- Experience with Life Sciences Cloud or Veeva CRM preferred
- Experience with Service Cloud Voice, Field Service or Revenue Cloud/Asset Revenue Management preferred
- Familiarity with payer distribution channels and integrated delivery networks preferred
- Prior experience standing up a practice, competency or center of excellence at a consulting partner preferred
