About the role

  • Customer Service Representative supporting inbound requests regarding collective insurance schemes offered by employers. Resolving client inquiries while nurturing strong customer relations in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to participants' inquiries regarding their employer-provided group insurance plans.
  • Help clients understand their insurance coverage.
  • Provide general information about the organization.
  • Refer clients to specialists when necessary.
  • Receive, understand, and resolve complaints, proposing appropriate solutions.
  • Provide support and guidance while adhering to internal policies.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the service manager.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to optimize our services.
  • Comply with the information security policy to ensure the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of all data in any form (text, graphic, audio, visual, digital, etc.).
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service: 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support, with a particular focus on opening support tickets and resolving customer issues by phone; hands-on experience with ticketing systems and handling a high call volume is a significant asset.
  • User proficiency with a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Comfortable with technology.
  • Knowledge of group insurance products is an asset.
