About the role

Product Marketing & UX Designer at NexScale, enhancing AI-native B2B products through user and marketing design. Aimed at empowering wellness businesses with intelligent design solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and iterate on operator-facing UX flows for a B2B SaaS platform
Translate complex AI-driven functionality into clear, intuitive interfaces
Create and maintain UI components, layouts, and interaction patterns in Figma
Collaborate closely with product and engineering to ship usable, production-ready experiences
Design product marketing assets, including: Landing pages, Product visuals and diagrams, Pitch decks and one-pagers, Pilot and sales enablement materials
Support pilot launches with fast, high-quality design execution
Ensure consistency across product, brand, and marketing touchpoints
Present and explain design decisions clearly
Iterate quickly based on feedback and real user needs
Balance speed with quality in a fast-moving, early-stage environment

Prior experience in product design, UX, or product marketing design
Strong fluency in Figma and Canva (non-negotiable)
Ability to present a strong portfolio (required — applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed)
Clear communication skills and attention to detail
Eligible for Canadian internship grant programs (legally eligible to work in Canada, a resident of Canada, and graduated no more than 2 years ago from a Canadian university).
