About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and iterate on operator-facing UX flows for a B2B SaaS platform
  • Translate complex AI-driven functionality into clear, intuitive interfaces
  • Create and maintain UI components, layouts, and interaction patterns in Figma
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering to ship usable, production-ready experiences
  • Design product marketing assets, including: Landing pages, Product visuals and diagrams, Pitch decks and one-pagers, Pilot and sales enablement materials
  • Support pilot launches with fast, high-quality design execution
  • Ensure consistency across product, brand, and marketing touchpoints
  • Present and explain design decisions clearly
  • Iterate quickly based on feedback and real user needs
  • Balance speed with quality in a fast-moving, early-stage environment

Requirements

  • Prior experience in product design, UX, or product marketing design
  • Strong fluency in Figma and Canva (non-negotiable)
  • Ability to present a strong portfolio (required — applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed)
  • Clear communication skills and attention to detail
  • Eligible for Canadian internship grant programs (legally eligible to work in Canada, a resident of Canada, and graduated no more than 2 years ago from a Canadian university).
