Responsibilities
Understand clients’ needs and constraints to recommend the most appropriate AI approaches (GenAI, Azure OpenAI, M365, etc.)
Design user-centered solutions and participate in iterative breakdowns (POC → MVP → further iterations).
Develop and integrate end-to-end AI solutions, ensuring technical quality, risk management (performance, costs, security) and the long-term maintainability of solutions deployed for clients.
Make AI concepts accessible to stakeholders, run workshops and demos, advise clients on evolving their processes, and contribute to upskilling their teams.
Maintain an active technology watch, share learnings with the team, mentor junior profiles and contribute to the evolution of AI tools and practices at Nexus.
Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience developing AI or advanced data solutions.
Hands-on experience with AI projects (NLP, chatbots, document analysis, classification, recommendations, GenAI, prediction).
Comfortable working within a Microsoft environment (Azure, M365, Power Platform).
Strong ability to explain concepts clearly and collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders.
Solution- and customer-value-focused, with a pragmatic approach.
Curious, autonomous, detail-oriented and comfortable with experimentation and rapid iteration.
Able to estimate your work and clearly articulate your technical assumptions.
