About the role
- Senior UX Designer shaping AI-powered ecommerce optimization tools at Noibu. Designing data-dense experiences, prototypes, and interfaces for supervised AI agents.
Responsibilities
- Own UX problems from research and concept work through high-fidelity mockups and interactive code prototypes
- Design high-quality features and improvements that ship quickly
- Use and evolve the internal design system
- Design new features from scratch and iterate on existing features
- Select appropriate tools, including design or code prototypes, to explore and validate ideas
- Collaborate with PMs, developers, and designers to improve design decision-making
- Speak with customers to understand their jobs, motivations, and challenges
- Work with engineering squads to shape and mature a fast-evolving product
- Design interfaces for supervised AI agents, enabling retailers to review, trust, and approve autonomous work
Requirements
- Strong product thinking and ability to reason about the user's job to be done and business outcome
- Comfort with product strategy, journey mapping, prototyping, and user testing
- Skilled in visual and interaction design
- Ability to design and build with AI tooling
- Comfort with ambiguity and complexity
- Experience designing data-dense products
- Great communication skills and cross-disciplinary collaboration
