About the role

Responsibilities

  • As a *Full Stack Product Developer,* you'll be developing cutting-edge features and capabilities for our AI-driven Project and Program Management (PPM) solutions.
  • You’ll play a critical role in the evolution of our product, ensuring it stays ahead of the competition and consistently meets the needs of our users.
  • This position requires you to blend technical expertise with creativity and strategic insight, driving innovation in the development of our product suite.
  • You'll design, develop, and enhance features across OnePlan’s product offerings, ensuring they align with customer needs and industry trends.
  • Your focus will be on creating intuitive, high-performance, and scalable solutions that enhance business agility.
  • Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to create a seamless user experience.
  • You’ll collaborate to define technical requirements and solutions that meet the strategic objectives of the product.
  • You’ll ensure that your code is of the highest quality, adhering to coding standards and best practices in software development.
  • You’ll also conduct code reviews, ensuring that all team members produce reliable, maintainable, and scalable code.
  • Perform rigorous testing and debugging to ensure that the product runs smoothly and is free of errors.
  • Your keen attention to detail will help resolve issues quickly and ensure the product remains resilient under different conditions.
  • Stay updated on the latest software development trends, tools, and frameworks. You’ll bring new ideas and approaches to the team, continuously driving product improvement and innovation.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise with 3 to 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in developing SaaS or enterprise-level products and UX
  • 4+ years experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET, etc.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office 365 and Azure apps and services.
  • Experience in developing, debugging and maintaining code in object-oriented languages and database querying languages.
  • Strong coding, debugging, algorithm design and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, including working in sprints and adapting to iterative product development cycles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of DevOps principles
