About the role

  • Coordonnateur bilingue soutenant les concessionnaires et les ventes chez OPENLANE, entreprise technologique de remarketing automobile. Gestion des comptes, logistique d'encans et opérations CRM.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of projects and manage VIP dealer accounts to ensure they achieve performance targets.
  • Manage auction-day tasks, including lane setup, vehicle signaling, and run-number reservations.
  • Assist with the prompt resolution of If Bids.
  • Facilitate the process of issuing checks to sellers.
  • Ensure that all reserve prices and declarations are accurate.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Sales, Dealer Registration, and Accounting departments.
  • Work with the Sales team to market inventory.
  • Facilitate dealer memberships and account updates.
  • Monitor on-site inventory and make sales recommendations.
  • Track local competition and suggest competitive strategies.
  • Provide feedback to management to improve the customer experience.
  • Perform clerical and numerical data-processing tasks.
  • Use OPENLANE’s CRM to log calls and generate reports.
  • Train customers on how to use the systems.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in a customer service or administrative support role.
  • Technologically proficient, with strong knowledge of Google Workspace.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including effective communication, enthusiasm, persuasiveness, and a personable approach.
  • Previous experience in automotive remarketing.
  • Experience with sales management and tracking tools (CRM), particularly Salesforce, with a strong focus on data accuracy.
  • Knowledge of AMS, VTrace, and other OPENLANE-specific platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn, retain, and clearly explain technical product information.
  • Bilingual in French and English, with regular interactions with customers, managers, and colleagues in Quebec, other provinces, and internationally.
