About the role
- Senior Full Stack Engineer at OpenLoop building healthcare infrastructure systems and integrations. Collaborating across teams for technical excellence in a remote/hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead Deployments: Architect and execute technical integrations for new healthcare partners, customizing our platform to fit their unique workflows and legacy systems
- Bridge the Gap: Build the "last mile" of connectivity. You will design robust data pipelines to securely ingest clinical data and synchronize it with our AI services.
- Communication Infrastructure: Configure and optimize voice and messaging channels to ensure reliable patient engagement across various telephony networks.
- Cross-functional Work: Collaborate with engineering, product, and clinical teams to translate partner needs into crisp technical execution
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Proven Engineering Experience: 5+ years of experience, Strong background in shipping production-grade software in modern cloud environments. You are comfortable hopping across the stack—from APIs to databases to infrastructure.
- Data & Security Fluency: Experience handling sensitive data with a security-first mindset. Familiarity with industry-standard compliance requirements and data protocols is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate ambiguous partner needs into clear technical requirements.
