About the role

  • Senior revenue analytics manager optimizing sales, services, and marketing operations for OpenTable, a restaurant reservation technology company. Building financial models, reporting infrastructure, and data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Drive data-driven strategies and operational efficiencies across global Restaurant Sales, Services, and Marketing teams
  • Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends and model revenue opportunities
  • Translate operational data into strategic action plans for executive leadership
  • Partner with product, finance, and sales engineering teams to optimize reporting infrastructure and business workflows
  • Create reporting tools that identify team and market health, action items, and insights
  • Maintain data quality in dashboards and reports
  • Align metrics across Restaurant Sales, Services, Marketing, and other departments
  • Prepare and present data analysis to field sales members and senior leadership
  • Identify abnormalities, trends, business opportunities, and best practices
  • Translate datasets into insights, recommendations, dashboards, and reports
  • Manage inbound process and system enhancement requests
  • Drive process optimization and training
  • Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and dashboards
  • Support revenue operations including goal setting, commission plans, territory management, recognition programs, and SPIFs
  • Improve Salesforce.com processes and data

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience in an analytics role
  • Proficiency in SQL, relational database management, and big data analysis
  • Experience in sales and revenue operations, including territory management, sales goaling, commission plans, and SPIFs
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, including complex formulas, data modeling, and pivot tables
  • Cross-functional communication and stakeholder management experience
  • Experience presenting findings to executive leadership
  • Experience detailing business processes, use cases, and business requirements
  • Analytical, reporting, problem-solving, negotiation, task and project coordination, and organization skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, business administration, finance, economics or equivalent practical experience is preferred
