About the role

  • Plant TPM Lead driving transformative maintenance strategies for the Doors manufacturing unit. Ensuring safety excellence and productivity through TPM methodologies and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a constant focus on safety
  • Ensure a workplace compliant with environmental standards
  • Develop and deploy TPM
  • Link TPM implementation to the achievement of company objectives
  • Facilitate Kaizen events and lead large-scale transformation projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline (preferred)
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in TPM (JIPM) or in deployment and leadership of continuous improvement / Lean
  • Proven experience implementing Lean Manufacturing or TPM
  • Bilingual (French – English)
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma
