- Plant TPM Lead driving transformative maintenance strategies for the Doors manufacturing unit. Ensuring safety excellence and productivity through TPM methodologies and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a constant focus on safety

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline (preferred)
- 2 to 4 years of experience in TPM (JIPM) or in deployment and leadership of continuous improvement / Lean
- Proven experience implementing Lean Manufacturing or TPM
- Bilingual (French – English)
- Knowledge of Six Sigma
