About the role

  • Client Success Manager helping Canadian organizations improve security posture through strategic penetration-testing partnerships. Managing renewals, account growth, client advocacy, and long-term cybersecurity planning.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic review calls focused on outcomes, growth opportunities, and next steps
  • Coordinate discovery and delivery for returning clients to ensure a seamless experience
  • Monitor account health and forecast opportunities
  • Engage clients ahead of typical buying cycles to stay aligned with evolving security objectives
  • Re-engage dormant accounts and drive strategic growth by checking in on security health and introducing strategies to elevate defenses
  • Collaborate with Inbound/Outbound peers to reactivate dormant accounts
  • Act as the voice of the client internally
  • Collaborate with Client Success, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align client needs with business objectives
  • Share client feedback and drive advocacy through reviews, referrals, and testimonials
  • Identify strategic partners and strengthen trust within existing relationships
  • Help clients visualize the next stage of security maturity over 12-18 months
  • Translate complex client needs into clear, actionable business strategies
  • Support retention, deepen relationships, and foster post-engagement growth

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in Client Success, relationship management, or consultative sales
  • Experience in cybersecurity, IT services, B2B SaaS, or consulting is an asset
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships at once and triage opportunities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across emails, meetings, and documentation
  • Comfortable diving into and obsessing over data
  • Familiarity with a CRM platform such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Proven track record of delivering or exceeding measurable client outcomes
  • Deep understanding that client success means aligning with client goals and reinforcing the value of the work
  • Deep curiosity, strong business acumen, and a consultative approach to relationship management
  • Comfortable using CRMs, dashboards, and data-rich reporting tools
