About the role

  • CRM Campaign Coordinator delivering email, app, SMS, and push campaigns for Shell’s energy and mobility business. Coordinating customer journeys, approvals, QA, reporting, and A/B testing.

Responsibilities

  • Execute CRM and Digital Engagement strategy through campaigns across email, app, SMS, and push notification channels
  • Manage campaign briefs for clarity, consistency, objectives, and messaging standards
  • Work with legal to ensure campaign terms and conditions are accurate and compliant
  • Manage customer journeys across touchpoints
  • Collaborate with SMEs and Product Owners to ensure accurate, relevant, and consistent messaging
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, asset delivery, and approvals
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on campaign content, targeting, and technical functionality
  • Maintain campaign calendars and documentation
  • Support post-campaign reporting, metrics, and continuous improvement
  • Support A/B testing and implement performance-based enhancements

Requirements

  • Legal authorization to work in Canada on a full-time basis
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 3 or more years of experience in CRM
  • Understanding of CRM best practices and customer lifecycle marketing
  • Familiarity with Braze CRM platforms and tools is preferred
  • Understanding of the Mobility & Convenience business is an advantage
  • Successful completion of a mandatory online assessment within 3 days of receiving the invite
