Responsibilities
Learn, understand and embrace Packetlabs’ culture and core values
Gain an in-depth understanding of Packetlabs’ product, industry, competitors and market position
Collaborate with marketing, delivery and operations teams
Ensure project tasks and deliverables are on time, within budget and meet quality requirements
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Create detailed work plans and sequence activities for successful engagement delivery
Develop project schedules and allocate resources across multiple concurrent projects
Coordinate deliverables for seamless project execution
Prepare meeting materials, minutes, presentations and project plans
Manage changes to engagement scope, schedule and costs using appropriate technologies
Assist with PMO administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining documentation, updating project tracking tools and facilitating team communication
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in project management and schedule management in a fast-paced IT environment
Experience with penetration testing is an asset
Bachelor’s Degree or Certification in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Scrum/PMP certification is an asset
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Strong technical IT aptitude, understanding and the ability to grasp concepts
Self-motivated, takes initiative and proven success working remotely and independently
Ability to be self-sufficient, prioritize and produce significant output with minimal wasted effort
Demonstrates energy and a sense of urgency when executing day-to-day responsibilities
Ability to adapt communication skills to various personality types
Ability to build influential relationships throughout an organization and experience dealing with multiple stakeholders
