About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the Pan-Canadian Pharmaceutical Alliance (pCPA) in decision-making
  • Contribute to projects supporting drug price negotiations
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of medium complexity
  • Analyze internal and external issues affecting negotiations
  • Participate in quantitative research on the pharmaceutical ecosystem
  • Collect, organize, and interpret data for members of the analysis team
  • Support major consultations and act as liaison with public drug plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in health economics, finance, business administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in health economic evaluation
  • At least 1 year of experience conducting detailed quantitative analyses
  • At least 1 year of experience working with data to support analytical activities
  • Experience preparing reports, briefing notes, or presentations to communicate findings
  • Experience supporting negotiation strategies through economic and financial expertise (an asset)
  • Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry or in health services research (an asset)
