Responsibilities
- Designing and overseeing the implementation of comprehensive Salesforce solutions
- Leading and orchestrating the IT solution ensuring compliance with security and requirements
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into solution design
- Developing and maintaining the overall architecture for Salesforce and CRM digital solutions
- Defining architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices for Salesforce implementations
- Creating comprehensive documentation of solution designs
- Selecting appropriate technology stacks and platforms based on Enterprise Architecture governance policies
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation within the Salesforce ecosystem
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- 8 years of experience in IT, with at least 7 years focused on Salesforce and CRM solutions
- Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect) strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security, and integration patterns
- Strong knowledge of CRM best practices, digital transformation, and customer engagement strategies
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
- Strong analytical-thinking and problem-solving skills
