• Define and maintain Vendor Management and Contract Management processes, standards, controls, roles, and calendars for RUN operations.
• Maintain a consolidated inventory of vendors, contracts, obligations, deadlines, support-hour banks, penalties, and risks.
• Coordinate renewals, amendments, and terminations with Service Delivery Managers (SDMs), Finance, Procurement, Legal, Quality, and Secure.
