About the role
- Product Manager improving Proof’s legal service-of-process marketplace and process-server mobile app. Owning fulfillment workflows, evidence capture, dispatch, and server-pay systems.
Responsibilities
- Own the product experience supporting process servers from requirements and attempt planning through reliable evidence capture
- Improve how servers plan days, sequence attempts, handle high-volume addresses, and identify at-risk jobs
- Help servers act on legal requirements across states and counties
- Improve capture and verification of service evidence, including location, time, photos, and eligibility checks, including offline use
- Decide which work belongs in the app, AI, automation, or service specialists
- Improve job-offer packaging, pricing, distribution, and server-pay systems
- Own the squad's multi-quarter roadmap
- Partner with engineering, design, operations, and other product managers on discovery, analysis, and delivery
- Report to the CPO
- Drive improved deadlines, reduced reattempts and specialist work, stronger evidence quality, and server retention
Requirements
- Experience owning a consequential workflow from problem identification through launch and adoption
- Experience building mobile products used by workers such as drivers, couriers, field technicians, or inspectors
- Systems thinking across app, dispatch, operations, and law-firm workflows
- Ability to make decisions amid competing stakeholder needs
- Strong design instincts, including sketching flows and prototyping with AI
- Ability to conduct user discovery, observe users, analyze data, and form clear points of view
- Bonus: experience automating customer service or operational workflows
- Bonus: supply-side marketplace experience in matching, dispatch, pay, or field-workforce engagement
- Bonus: legal tech or regulated-work experience
- Bonus: location, identity, or fraud verification in a mobile product
- Individual contributor role; preference for shipping product rather than managing PMs
