About the role

Responsibilities
- Supports daily QA operations to ensure products are released in accordance with established standards and regulatory requirements
- Executes key QA functions including batch release activities and documentation review
- Reviews COAs, prepares client-specific document packages and maintains accurate QA records
- Reviews and approves labels and completes label linking activities
- Assists with complaint management and supports deviation and CAPA processes
- Supports SOP development and participates in self-inspections
- Upholds quality and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science, or relevant degree in biological, food, biochemical, or chemical sciences
- Minimum 2 years QA or QC experience in regulated manufacturing (food, pharma, cannabis, or equivalent)
- Working knowledge of the Cannabis Act & Regulations, GPP/GMP guidelines, and general GxP systems and principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with ERP and electronic QMS platforms
- Effective communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.
