Data and Analytics Engineering Manager focusing on designing AI-driven data solutions for clients. Collaborating with teams to enhance data engineering processes and tools.

Responsibilities

Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar AI coding assistants;
Prompt engineering for code generation;
AI-assisted code review & refactoring;
AI-powered documentation generation
Full-stack or backend development (Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript);
API design & integration;
Microservices architecture;
CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions);
Version control (Git);
Code review best practices;
Optimize and troubleshoot machine learning pipelines to ensure high performance and reliability in production environments.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies in AI assisted development processes;
Coaching & mentoring;
Facilitation;
Stakeholder communication;
Change advocacy

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a data and product Engineering or Full Stack dev Engineer.
Strong proficiency with different AI tools like Cursor, Windsurf, etc.
Solid understanding of LLMs and best practices.
Experience with Azure Cloud Platform (Microsoft Azure).
Proficiency in Python and databricks.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of data engineering and data pipeline tools (e.g., Apache Beam, Airflow).
