- Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar AI coding assistants;
- Prompt engineering for code generation;
- AI-assisted code review & refactoring;
- AI-powered documentation generation
- Full-stack or backend development (Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript);
- API design & integration;
- Microservices architecture;
- CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions);
- Version control (Git);
- Code review best practices;
- Optimize and troubleshoot machine learning pipelines to ensure high performance and reliability in production environments.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies in AI assisted development processes;

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a data and product Engineering or Full Stack dev Engineer.
- Strong proficiency with different AI tools like Cursor, Windsurf, etc.
- Solid understanding of LLMs and best practices.
- Experience with Azure Cloud Platform (Microsoft Azure).
- Proficiency in Python and databricks.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of data engineering and data pipeline tools (e.g., Apache Beam, Airflow).
