Responsibilities
Work as part of a team of problem solvers to solve business issues
Analyze current business requirements and processes and recommend/develop solutions
Design, configure, and document SAP SuccessFactors modules based on business requirements
Build, operate, and maintain end-to-end solutions using SAP BTP
Assist in developing functional specifications and testing processes
Collaborate with functional teams to integrate SAP BTP solutions seamlessly
Requirements
At least 4 years hands on experience in using CPI to design and build A2A, B2B integrations preferably in SuccessFactors and SAP HR domain
Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools including Excel and Project
SAP SuccessFactors configuration experience; Employee Central preferred
Ability to interpret business requirements/problems and provide clear recommendations
Strong experience in building and cultivating relationships with clients, interpersonal skills, and able to work as part of a team
