Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team of problem solvers to solve business issues
- Analyze current business requirements and processes and recommend/develop solutions
- Design, configure, and document SAP SuccessFactors modules based on business requirements
- Build, operate, and maintain end-to-end solutions using SAP BTP
- Assist in developing functional specifications and testing processes
- Collaborate with functional teams to integrate SAP BTP solutions seamlessly
Requirements
- At least 4 years hands on experience in using CPI to design and build A2A, B2B integrations preferably in SuccessFactors and SAP HR domain
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools including Excel and Project
- SAP SuccessFactors configuration experience; Employee Central preferred
- Ability to interpret business requirements/problems and provide clear recommendations
- Strong experience in building and cultivating relationships with clients, interpersonal skills, and able to work as part of a team
